Do you know what the cities of Malbork (Poland) and Kilkenny (Ireland) have in common?
They are both beautiful medieval cities and they both feature a magnificent castle so it is only natural for them to become twin cities, isn’t it? They are actually in talks about twinning next year.
In preparations for that, Malbork schools kids made a generous donation of Polish books to children attending Polish weekend school in Kilkenny. Approx. 750 books have been donated!
Thank you Malbork and fingers crossed for the twinning talks!
