Studies Violin Performance at CIT Cork School of Music Past: The University of Limerick and Sibelius Academy Finnish-born Lotta Virkkunen is a professional violinist living in Ireland. She has been living in the emerald isle since 2011 and loves the music, dance, culture and sense of humour of the Irish. Besides classical music, Lotta plays actively irish traditional music and has toured around the world with numerous world renowned Irish show such as the Women Of Ireland and Gaelforce Dance. Lotta has also lived in Stockholm, Sweden when she studied at Kungliga Musikhögskolan.
