After Dublin, Longford, and Dun Laoghaire tlhe Embassy’s successful itinerary exhibition ” Christians in Morocco: Living Together” landed in Kilkenny at the Rothe House museum.
This exhibition was launched, this evening, by HE the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Ireland Mr. Lahcen Mahraoui, the Mayor of Kilkenny and the CEO of Twilight Community Group with interesting words about the value of tolerance and living-together between different religions and cultures, and how Morocco through this exhibition reflects perfectly these spirits much needed today to adresse the actual challenges that our world face.
Many formal Mayors also attended this opening ceremony along with a large public composed of members of local communities from Kilkenny and other countries who did took part, this morning, to the ” European Cultures together Conference ” organised by Twilight Community Group.
