Patrick O’Neill

Mr Patrick O’ Neill is member of Kilkenny County Council. he is the current Deputy Mayor having served as the Mayor of Kilkenny city 2016/17.

During his spell as Mayor Patrick was instrumental and one of the driving forces behind the Twilight Groups lead Twinning of Kilkenny City with Malbork Poland finalizing the Partnership at a ceremony in Malbork May 2nd 2017. From his work in the Community during his period as Mayor received many compliments for his drive and understanding of what communities need to help with the integration and social inclusion for the benefit of all Citizens of Kilkenny City  and County Patrick has studied Civil Engineering in University Limerick and Agri Industry for two years.

The Twilight Group are proud to have Patrick as their Ambassador and based on his vast experience his position as Senior Advisor to Management will be  invaluable with the growth plans for the Group in the coming years. Patrick’s contacts with Morocco has lead to the Partnership between the Embassy of Morocco / Tiznit and the Twilight Community Group.
